Linked Soles LLC ("Linked Soles", "we", "us") runs linkeddsoles.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing address when you place an order, send us a message through the contact form or chat, or sign up for our emails.

Payment information.

Card details are entered with our payment providers, who process the payment. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Your browser and device type, IP address, the pages you view, items you add to your cart, and how you reached our site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

- To process and ship your order, including pre-orders, and to send order and shipping updates.
- To answer your questions.
- To remind you about a cart you left, if you entered your email at checkout.
- To send you news and offers, if you signed up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how our site is used and improve it.
- To show Linked Soles ads and measure how they perform.
- To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Cookies and advertising

Our site is built on Wix and uses cookies that are needed to run the store, such as keeping items in your cart, checkout and security.

We also use analytics and advertising cookies.We use advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and may also use tools from Google and TikTok. These tools use cookies or small pieces of code called pixels to recognize that your browser visited our site. That lets us show you Linked Soles ads on those platforms and measure how the ads perform.

You can turn these off in two ways:

- Change your ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram, Google or TikTok account settings.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the business, and only what they need:

- Wix, which hosts our website and store.
- Our payment providers, to process your payment.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Email, analytics and advertising providers, including Meta, as described above.

Some state laws treat advertising cookies as "sharing" information. You can opt out using the options under Cookies and advertising. We may also share information if the law requires it, or if Linked Soles is sold or merged with another company.

School fundraiser codes

If you use a school's discount code, we count the sets bought with that code so we can pay the school its share. We tell the school or its parent group only the number of sets sold. We do not give the school your name, address or order details.

Children's privacy

Our socks are made for kids, but our website is for parents and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal reasons. We keep your email on our mailing list until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

- Unsubscribe from our emails using the link at the bottom of any email.
- Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@linkeddsoles.com. We aim to reply within 30 days.
- Change your ad and cookie choices at any time using the options under Cookies and advertising.

Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional privacy rights. We will honor any request we are required to by law.

Security

Our store runs on Wix, and checkout pages are encrypted. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website can guarantee complete security.

Where your information is processed

Linked Soles is based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
